When he was little, Nicolas helped his father prepare meals for their large family while learning all the recipes (and the secrets that go with them). He has always felt the best meals are those shared with others.

Prepared according to local tradition, Nicolas' cuisine is authentic, heartfelt, and generous, and (of course) served with the regional wines representing the diversity found among the Burgundy crus.

The jams served at breakfast are homemade and top off the delicious breads and pastries from our village bakery.
